    Where are you at ? In the US I have never heard this term before? There are no fault divorce, there is mutual consent. At least in the US, you and your soon to be ex, write up, sign and file your divorce petition with the court. A court date is set sometime in the future, depending on courts, it can be one month to six months in the future. At the court hearing, the judge signs the divorce and it comes final.

    So did you file any paper work with the court ?
