    Medical Assistant, or Phlebotomist?
I went to this local college called Westech College to find out more information about the school. I don't know if its accredited, but the staff there were really nice. The medical assisting program is about 8 months, and the phlebotomy program is only 2 months. I can't decide which career path I want to choose.
I kept asking if phlebotomy has an advancement option.. Like if I become a certified phlebotomist, is there a next step?
I was going to choose based on salary xD. I'm basically looking for a career that's stable, and has advancement options, because I love challenges.
The classes for phlebotomy start on the 23rd of this month.. but after you get certified, they don't help you with job placement.. You have to do it all on your own. Classes for medical assisting start on the 24th... and they help with job placement.
I'm so confused.. Should I choose medical assisting or phlebotomy?
& can someone tell me how much both of these careers make an hour, and tell me their annual salary in California :)I have until Monday to decide.
    Thank you !
