    In storage of red good in a fridge?
    Hi I have a large quantity of red wines and I am storing them in a large coolroom..
    Is this a good place for them or is better to just store them at room temperature
    These wines are already 10 years old.

    A consistent temperature is a must of good cellaring.
    So, as long as it's not too low, this should be ideal.

    What sort of temperature are we talking about here ?
