    Drain field Access
My neighbor needs a drain field. She has to make a gate opening somewhere to the backyard.
For a small trench digger. How width should she make the gate. I know you can also disconnect
The chain-link fence, but it is difficult to re-attached. Too much tension. I think you need a special
    Tension tool.

Its going to depend on the machine used to dig the drainfield in. A Ditch-Witch isn't as large as a back-hoe. Wouldn't opening up the fence be a lot less expensive then installing a gate? Good luck. Tom

Thanks Tom: Yes disconnecting the chain link fence may be a better option
