What else have you been tested for? What questions have you been asked, and you answered? There's no point in starting from scratch here. We know nothing about your age, gender, general health, diet (very important), medications, supplements, allergies, family history, what you do for work and daily routines, anxiety levels, etc.

In addition to asking questions similar to the ones Joy asked, I'm wondering if you have a routine before bed? Do that consistently, use your bed only for sleep (not TV watching, video game playing, etc.), go to bed the same time every night, maybe read something boring before you turn out the light, make sure the room is dark and cool, and even use a white noise machine (a fan works well too) to keep you from hearing noises elsewhere in the house.

Trouble sleeping/anxiety? [ 5 Answers ]
