    More detail
Does the whole computer freeze or just the wizard? Also, how long have you left it for? The network setup wizard can take quite a while to run. You may have some problems with you hardware or you may have to set the network up without the wizard. How many computers are you trying to set up and how are they being connected? By this I mean are you using a switch or a router or just crossover cable or wireless? Also, if you go Start->Run then type "cmd" and press [enter]. You should get a small black window come up. Type in "ipconfig" and press enter again. If you could copy down what comes up when you type that and post it here it could be helpful as well.
