    Hurricane Deductible and other claims
    It states Hurricane Deductible 10%of $11,670= $1,167. My neighbor states after the claim
    is total,they just deduct the $1,167 amount from the payout. Another claim that was rejected was from
    a roof leak, done by shoddy workmanship. Rather than from a storm. Does these two scenarios seem valid
    to you.
