    We are adding a breaker box in a barn the wire we ran from the pole breaker box
    The wire is 2 ft short and the box will be too low... can I splice another piece to it? And how do I do it

    First tell us more about the wire size, gauge and what load will be on this panel. Does it stop short outside the barn or inside just short of the pole you want to use?
