Confused as to what to do next...
Hi. I have been studying Buddhism for a little bit, but I have not taken the three refuges. I can't join a group to do this because there are none near me. And does the three refuges have to be in a different language, or can it be in English? And what sort of meditation should I be starting with? And do Buddhist have to learn any sort of chants before they eat?
