    Basic travel allowance before certicicate of eligibility
    My sponsor will not send me the certificate of eligibility without my travel allowance.

    For what. We need you to provide some additional details like where you live, where you are going, and why you are traveling, but this already sounds like a scam that has been well documented. Thislink details one such scam email.
