Movie title...
Watched this movie early '96 late night in a hotel room so possibly was on hbo or cinemax. The only things I can remember are a person being interviewed in a jail or nuthouse using a voicebox to speak... voice was very creepy. They were talking about a chain of events that happened prior about a group of people. I believe this person was almost buried in a hole and they may have choked on their blood by what was going to be their grave. They survived and that's why they were using the voicebox?
