Keyboard Doesn't Work On New Desktop
I have been using a Logitech 200 keyboard with Spanish characters with an HP desktop and Windows Vista for some time with no problems. I have just switched to a Dell XPS desktop with Windows 7 and the keyboard no longer works normally. For example I try to type the left parentheses mark and I get an asterisk. I try to type a question mark and get an underline dash and so on. Why won't my keyboard work as normal_

Go to control panel. Find the search bar in the top right corner.
In the search bar type: "Change keyboards"
You will see a search result "Change keyboards and other input methods"
Now click the "Change Keyboards" button and select the appropriate keyboard from the list.

    Hope this helps
