    I have iPod nano 1st generation .(refurbished)
    I've checked it's production date on below site

    And my ipod's production date is October 2006.

    But apple Korea is tellingme that they can't believe any information from that site
    And neither they can't tell the year when my iPod was produced.

    I have a iPod which is illegible for a recall ( recall are made on products sold from09, 2005 ~ 12, 2006)
    But they are refusing to do so
    Just because I bought it on July 2007.

    They are even refusing to do a satety test on my product.

    Is there any way I can fight back with apple?

    Please help me.

    You stated that your iPod was bought six months outside of the recall window. This far out of the recall window it is fairly safe to assume that your iPod is not afflected by whatever problem caused the recal. Apple dose allow venders to participate in recals of item they have in stock.
    What leeds you to beleave that your iPod has the problem that caused the recall?
