This is a janitorial contract bidding question.
I have been working under a janitorial franchise and they have always secured my contracts. I want to branch out on my own. I want to submit a bid for cleaning a movie theatre. I need to know how to calculate a competitive bid. It has 15 different theatres all different in size. And I would also like to submit a separate bid for cleaning their facilities only.

I am in Fort Worth Tx, and I own a janitorial service. I am submitting a bid for a post construction clean up, and the building is about 93000 sqft. I may have under bid. Does anyone know the going rate, in Fort Worth for that kind of work?
