I have shoulder length curly but also frizzy and abit dry hair. It sometimes is all over the place.

With my kind of hair what is my best option :-

1. A brazlian straightening?

OR

2. Extensions?

Straightening is only going to damage the hair and dry it out further. Extensions will be hard to match up if your hair really is in bad condition.

I would recommend dishing out for a good deep conditioning treatment. You can buy deep conditioners to do at home or you can have it done at a hairdressers. They help restore a lot of moisture to the hair and repair damage, they can also help settle down frizzy or flyaway hair.

Next you will want to look at the cause for your dry hair, is it bad diet or environmental? Do you use chemcal products in your hair a lot of use a lot of heat (blow dryers, flat irons etc)?
