    You could be bondable if you had it last week, but how much the bond will cost and finding a bonding company will be another issue.

    And what type of bond are you talking about, since this is in criminal law, is it a bail bond to get out of jail ?

    Is it a performance bond for a business

    Is it perhaps employee bond for handling money ?

    But minor charges 20 years ago will have little bearing.
