    Have you actually met this person, or have you just met them online? Why are they unable to pay for these things?

    If she's not scamming you, the price for those things would be, AT MOST, a couple hundred $$$'s. If she's asking for more, run away. She probably looks like ME.

    Actually they are scamming you, I bet this is from Ghana correct ?

    There is no medical report or police report needed. There is a passport from their nation and a visa from the US.

    The total cost is about 300 US dollars This is the most.

    The next thing they will ask or say is they need 10,000 or 3000 or something in the bank and they will give it back when they get here, that is a lie also.

    This is already a scam, since the things listed is not needed to come on a visit or tourist visa.
