    Vanginal surgery

I have had four children and um I no longer enjoy sex as much. Can anything be done to get the vagina back to a more pre-birth state?

    vaginal surgery
Yes, you can in fact have a "tuck" taken in the vaginal barrel that can tighten it back to a virginal state if you prefer. There are a lot of factors that go into why you are not enjoying sex right now though, including hormones, uterine tone and so on, so be sure to check with a specialist - your OB/GYN is the place to start. For now, you can also do Kegel exercises which tone and tighten the vaginal barrel. Your doctor can advise you on how to do kegels, or you can look them up on Google. Best of luck!
