    Eviction to Family member for bahaviour problem
    How can you evict a family member for a behavior problem? That family member never paid rent, of course there was no agreement or even a thought about it. The harassment is not appreciated that's why want to evict a family member( a child who is now adult, but does not work and does not go to school)

    First, where are you located? Laws vary by region; we need to know your location in order to advise you as to what the proper procedure would be.

    Second, who are you? The parent? Do you own the property? If not, whose name(s) is/are on the lease?
