I have a massive lump at the bottom of my vagina that was not there before, it is really painful and feels like something is about to drop out of me, any ideas as to whhat this could be

Several ideas;

1) dropped bladder
2) dropped uterus
3) full rectum

If you haven't seen ob/gyn and are still struggling

Try: rectocele (dropping of rectum into vagina), cystocele (dropping of bladder into vagina), vaginal prolapse (dropping of the vagina itself), enterocele (dropping of intestines into vagina)

You may also have a large cyst, unusual pregnancy, tumor.

You never followed up here, so I pray you have gone to see OB/Gyn
