Benches
Is there some way I could "make" a bench do do bench press excercises on at home? I just don't have the money to buy a real one, but I am trying to come up with a decent weight training program. Any ideas?

Would you trust a home-made bench?
I did.
I would not now though.
Anyway, if you have a hammer, a saw and nails, you can make a workable bench. My father made my bench that way and it served me for years.
