    Network path not found
    Adding computer to domain but network path not found. When adding the computer I am prompted for domain login/password but then after I get the error message. I can ping the dc and the domain name. I think the problem is in AD

    I will answer as if you are using a windows based domain controller. You will need a user credential that has permission to add computers to the domain, most the time a standard user can not add a computer to the domain. Contact your IT person. Much the same holds true for Linux and Mac based domain controllers.
