My online business design-trademark question
I had purchased a web design from a graphic designer for my online business. The template I purchased has unlimited use so they sell it more than once. How can I protect the look of my business? Can I trademark the art WITH my business name? I love the look but feel very vulnerable to someone being able to have the same look as me.
