Update textarea value, but cursor goes to left?

update textarea value, but cursor goes to left?

Need to update the textarea value,but when ever goes to update that cursor goes to first letter position not to the end of the textarea end value.this problem only occur in IE and Chrome.working fine in FF and Opera.please help me
