    Daily vitamins
Do those one a day men's tablets really work? I guess I'm getting to that age where I want to keep up on my daily essentials... but was wondering if anyone ever noticed a difference.

Depends on which tablet, and what you mean by "really work". If you are deficient in anything, a daily multi-vit will definitely help, but if you are very deficient, you may need to take them for a long time before you see any difference.

Personally, I'd be inclined to take a fish oil supplement, and unless you live somewhere very sunny, some extra vitamin D. Very few people eat enough oily fish or get enough Vit D in their normal diet.
