    My ace pitcher , who has started every game said
    My ace pitcher, who has 4 starts at pitch and started all 8 games, told my he does not like sitting on the bench. How do I handle him?

    Hello E:

    If he's so good, let him start every game... You're into winning - not being democratic. Of course, if his arm gives out, as it surly will, you could tell him that's the reason WHY he didn't start every game before..
