    Touching myself in my sleep?
So, it was about 3 months ago maybe it was brought to my attention, I touch myself in my sleep. I have no idea why I am doing this. At first, my boyfriend was pissed. He thought he didn't please me in bed. Which is Definitely not the issue! :) Last night I fell asleep before him and he told me this morning that I had been doing it again after we had just had sex. I don't know if this is normal, I'm not too too worried about it but the fact that I'm doing it and it makes him mad, makes me want to know why I do this. Anyone know anything about this? Need some advice. Thanks!

That's weird why would your boyfriend be mad at you for touching yourself? Sound immature to me.

It worries me that your boyfriend gets mad at you over something like this. Touching yourself is normal. You probably do it to comfort yourself subconsciously.

I'm just wondering now... is your boyfriend controlling? Does he get mad at you easily? Do you feel like your always walking on egg shells with him?

If that's the case then in my opinion your touching yourself at night as a form of comfort and/or subconscious protection.

... at least that's my opinion.

At first when he noticed me doing it pissed him off. I told him that I couldn't help it and I was asleep!! He didn't seem too pissed about it when we talked about it this morning. I've been wanting to ask my doc about it but never have. I just would like to know why I do this.

    I read you other thread. The answer is simple, you basically said so in your last post;

In short, your satisfying yourself subconsciously.

With this whole pill poppin', porn, and pregnancy situation you have going on I personally still a form a comfort and/or protection.

It is normal. Have you ever heard of 'wet dreams' where a male will ejaculate in his sleep? It is a female equivalent.

Masturbation is a stress reliever. With your pregnancy, children, his issues with painkillers and porn, etc. your subconscious mind is trying make you feel better.

Do you normally masturbate or do think all of your sexual release should come from interacting with your boyfriend?

Masturbation is normal and healthy. It is how we learn about our own bodies. The more you know the better sex can be because you can explain better what your needs are and what feels good.

It is also a great stress reliever as your body is telling you. :)

I'm sorry but I read your other thread. I don't think your sex is amazing. You went from discouraged and sad to amazing in a very short period.

Sounds like he has issues, now he is accusing you of having issues.

A woman masturbating to orgasm is absolutely beautiful.

Sorry to hear you don't ever do it consciously. You should. And he should love you doing this.

We learn to walk one fall at a time.

We learn to talk by speaking jibberish. Refocusing. Trying again. And again. And again.

    ...

    Orgasm are complicated.

They can be independent. Mutual. Can need attention and help. Can be dependent. Reserved. Up front. Demanding. Self centered.

    But really...

If my lover touched herself in her sleep... I would not ever, Ever be frusrated with her...

You need to be OK with you.

You own your body. Your desires are yours. Your needs are yours. Stop worrying about your touching yourself.

    Celebrate it.

    Rejoice in it.

Too many don't do this. Saying...

Interesting - but her boyfriend IS upset by her "touching" herself in her sleep and she doesn't know what to do about it. Good that you don't have a problem with the behavior. He does.
