    Where are you leaving from? What country are you a resident of? Visa's are obtained through the consulate of the country where you want to go.

    Then you need to go to the Thailand Consulate in the city where you live or where one is located and apply for a visa. Are you sure one is needed for a visit? How long will you be there?
