    Sorry this is the whole question:

    Gasoline cost 1C$/liter in Canada and 0.8 US$/liter in US. Exchange rate of C$ is 0.9 US$/C$. What is real exchange rate of Canadian goods? Where would you prefer to buy gasoline from?
