    I was asked in an interview that
    " If you are in a jungle you found a girl there she is about to die, she can only be saved if she had sex with me? What should I do should I leave her or do it to save her life?
    I answered that there is no such kind of disease, but still if there I would save her life.

    What is the Islamic point of view regarding this question?

    Islamic is that you don`t respect such people with an answer.

    Allaah ordered to turn away and leave the company of those who mock and make fun of His Ayaat, unless/untill they change the subject. Also He ordered to tusn away from the ignorant and avoid them with beautiful avoidance, and tell them peace.
