Europe has lots of people willing and able to do most jobs. Unless you have a very specialised skill, and have been head-hunted through a reputable agency, and the company that is offering you a job is named and can be researched, I'd assume it is a scam.

Also, if they are offering accommodation or meals, it's likely a scam, since this is not a normal thing to offer workers. Same with dental and medical insurance, since Europe has a reasonable health care system, and anyone with private insurance is expected to pay for it themselves.

And of course, if they expect you to pay for anything.

They told me that my accommodation, other insurance, plane tickets are being provided by the employer if I get there, is that part of their scam?

How about asking for some requirements like
1/ personal identification number in the foreign labor office
    2/ CV European format
    3/ work permit form
    4/ motivation letter

    -is this really illegal?

Some of those documents I don't know about - as I'm Irish, all I have to provide for an employer is my PPS number so tax can be deducted. It's possible that someone coming from abroad would need more documents.

What is a CV European format, and a motivation letter?

However, I can tell you that very few employers ever provide accommodation or meals, particularly for office workers. You're often lucky if you get biscuits at your tea-break. Employers do not provide health or dental insurance. In fact, you can't get real dental insurance at all here, but you can claim back part of the cost of certain proceedures on your tax.

The big question you have to ask is why would an Irish employer pay for you to come from abroad to work in an office, where there are thousands of well educated Irish people without jobs?

They are real if they pay for your trip before you get there, and they are not real if you get a email about the job you never applied for.

Also check the company out though the local government and find a local phone to verify it is them contacting you

Listen, they are scams, they either want your ID or bank account info, OR they will ask you to send them a fee first.

It is a scam to cheat you,

If it's a job in a hotel, ring up the hotel (any decent hotel has a website with a phone number) and talk to the manager.

Hotel staff MAY get accommodation and meals, but only for themselves, not for family, and preference would be given to local people. Why would any hotel pay for you to come and work for them, especially if they have never met you and have no idea how good your spoken English is, or even if you wash enough?
