It's a blessing that he broke up with you, instead of continuing to pretend he was committed when he's not into it and is cheating.

To get over him, fill your life with positive things. Resolve to study more and get the best grades you ever have, to prove to yourself that you're smart enough. Take really good care of yourself - looking great is wonderful revenge! Make plans with friends, and spend time with your family. Rearrange your room and put some new stuff up, and get rid of his pictures - please! Start a new sport, or a part-time job so you aren't sitting around thinking about this too much.

Next time you get into a relationship, realize that you need to keep some perspective - don't give everything to anyone, even a husband. If all you do is adore them and dote on them, you loose your own independence and personality, have nothing interesting to talk about, get obsessed with the "relationship" and will drive the guy nuts- it's boring and smothering to be so adored!

When you have a diverse and interesting life in your own right, it attracts a better quality of guy who's more mature and less likely to cheat and play games. If you keep that life when you get in a new relationship, you will continue to be more interesting, and if it still doesn't work out, the breakup will be part of your life, but not all of it.
