Severe Foot Pain from my pinkie toe down the side of my feet to the heel..
I ran 4 miles on Sunday and then ran another to the following Monday, after I got off the treadmill on Monday I could barely walk and could not stand with pressure on either of my feet. I have been iceing and heating both feet, not helping! I have been wearing a few pairs of socks at a time to give it extra cushion, it still hurts. Today will be day 4 of this pain and now when I try to walk anywhere (even just to the bathroom) I find myself walking on my toes or with my feet tilted inward so I'm basically walking on the insides of my feet (if that makes sense) I certainly can not work out in this pain which is really bothering me. I am in a lot of pain and wanted to see if anyone has an answer before I go to the doctor and pay a co-pay for them to tell me that they can't do anything and that I just bruised my feet or something... Can anyone help me please??
