I have 220v coming into my garage, obviously for the ancient welder outlet, utilizing the old 50-60's style fuse box. There is also 110v coming off the box, but I am not sure how it gets down to the 110v. I am installing a new breaker box, how do I get from 220v to 110v for my outlets and lights?

Bought a low wattage set of X mas lights in Europe, they appear to be set for 220v. Can I get an adaptor for the European plug and just plug them into a 120v US outlet or do I have to buy some type of voltage converter?

I have a boat which is 240v 50 amp and the marina can only get me two 120v 50 amp circuits to me. Can anyone tell me if I can tie two 120v 50amp circuits into one 240v 50amp circuit. It would be greatly appreciated
