    Too old for gymnastics?
I am 20 years old and I would really like to get involved in gymnastics. Is 20 too old? I can do a bridge either starting from the ground or standing and putting only one hand on the ground, but that is about the limit of my flexibility right now. I can also do forward rolls and the backward over-the-shoulder ones. Could there be any hope for me? I don't care much about competing, but if I start now would I still have enough time to get pretty good?

I think no one is ever too old to do what they reallly want to do mentally, but phsically you r only 20 thts pretty young but then all of your cartlidge is gone so it will hurt more and probably be a big challenge for you!

My cartilage isn't all gone yet lol, I'm not that old! But I have done DCI color guard (you can check it out on YouTube or dci.org if you have no idea what that is) for a couple of years, so I have gotten used to intense physical training already.

No, I don't think your too old to start but don't expect to learn many things I started gymnastics when I was 3 and stopped at 19, its definitely a lot easier to learn when your as young as I was, but go for it!
