    Limes
    I have a recipe that is calling for 'the juice of one lime' - I bought a bottle of lime juice, how much juice comes out of a standard size(Sicilian?) lime?

    Depending on the age of the lime, I would say about l tablespoon.
    Only problem is you are not going to get the concentrated lime taste as you would from a real lime, but the bottle stuff is good in a pinch.
