    Is there a visa card that have a 4 digit verification number or 4 digit cvv number ?

    I'm not aware of one. Here's a wikipedia article that says the Visa CVV code is always 3 digits - I wouldn't say that this is a definitive source, but it seems that 3 digits is it:
