    Shoplifitting
I have been caught shoplifting at the groceries today and I was begging the guy who caught me
To not call the police on me and make me do something else instead like
Cleaning or doing any service hours or paying back
And he was asking what do you mean by do anything
And he was trying to negotiate things with me then he told me to
Meet him on the 5th floor and said we will talk about it in his car
So we go in his car and he asks me what I want to do
And he kept denying my options such as service hours or cleaning up etc.
He was asking me if I had anything else on me and told me to unzip
Myself and he like subtly touched me on my butt and my thigh area
I knew something was going on in his mind and he was saying
Things like you're young and beautiful what can you do?
And I told him I had to go to school and he was saying
Things like if you just tell me next time what you need
Ill give it to you just call me (because he has my number and my name)
And he says id probably have to do 5 days of cashier but he will
Call me before Friday to see if there is anything better
I have been also taking stuff from this groceries for
A few weeks.. I know I did wrong but should I just tell
The grocerys boss about the situation and just deal with the cops?
What would be my consequences? (I just turned 20)
I am scared because I might get sexually harassed please help me

This employee had no business pulling you aside to make a special deal with you. Yes, you have already been sexually harassed. Report this employee and your own misdeeds to the store owner.

Go to the store owner and confess. There may be other suspicions about this employee. He sounds sleazy enough that there are.

So you actually got in this guy's car with him? Keep in mind that, at the enforcement level, nobody (police officer, security guard, etc.) has the power to "negotiate" anything ; they must follow procedure, period. They do not judge you, try you or sentence you. They simply arrest you and report your alleged crime, then their job is finished. The negotiating phase begins after the local prosecutor actually charges you with the crime, if it gets that far. Then you, preferably with the assistance of an attorney, can negotiate a plea agreement, diversion program or any other options available in your jurisdiction.
