Sorry to say but nobody is going to do all the work and spend all the money to get a business going to give it to someone they never met in another country.
And any internet business is going to take a LOT of work to maybe break even if you are lucky. Many lose money at first and few actually survive long enough to earn a profit. If you have nothing you can't pay those expenses during that time.
Not to sound discouraging... but if you have an idea and the money to do this... you aren't going to give it all away to someone else.
