    I hope you are not filling this out for someone else. A LOT of scams are originating out of Ghana.

    No you can not, it is easy for someone in Ghana to get a passport and very cheap.

    About 100 dollars, Visa ( gotten from the US) and a passport is not over 300 dollars total.

    No there is not a requirement to have 1000's of dollars in the bank to leave the country.

    And no it is not really a wonderful girl ( or guy) who is in love with only you, most likely it is their grandma, at a computer making 1.00 a hour to scam money from people in other nations
