My john deer L110 tractor will not engage
My John Deer L110 Tractor will not ingage when I rotate the clutch arm into mowing position. I thought it might be the belt so I changed it and it still won't engage. The clutch seems to want to engage, but after I put it in go mode the belt does not roate. I did lubricate all of the pivots after cleaning out all of the grass and dirt from underneath, and still nothing. All of the wires seem to be intact. Any thoughts, or suggestions?

    Hi,
On the L series a spring tensions the idler that engages the deck belt. In the picture it is the smaller righthand idler that moves. Check the blade spindles for rotation, also. The pdf link is for those L series decks from JDAnswers.
    Peace,
