    BLACK HEADS
    I have lots of black heads or little hair like growths on my whole back & butt. Don't know what causes them. It looks so bad. Is there any thing i can do about it? I am so embarrassed about it. Edven my husband has a clean back & butt being a man.

    Try a skin exfoliating scrub- like an apricot scrub- and have someone, apply a clay mask, once or twice a week

    I also have about an estimated 2000 black heads on my face. I live my Aunt and Uncle and they don't have the kind of money to buy treatment. Does anyone have any ways to get rid of black heads a fast and easy way just using stuff around my house. Please Help

    Exfoliants help dig out all the oil and junk that causes blackheads. If you have any oatmeal around the house, you can mix it with water and use that. Sugar and a little plain yogurt might work too. Crushed strawberries work well as a mask as well.
