    is this a statistics question?

or are you myopic and wondering what will happen to you in the future?

the thing is... this type of thing is highly variable, for some - no increase, and some others... you don't want to know.

many factors can have effect too - genetic/lifestyle/diet/health...

I'm a congenital myopic, and my myopia has been increasing, and indeed, I am worried about my vision within my next three decades of life... what I will do, which you might also want to do, is... next time you see your obtomitrist... ask him about what you can expect for your future - but do keep in mind, that his snswer would be based on statistics... he can tell you what you can expect... but he can not tell the future
