    Internet explorer
    When I try to use enternet explorer it takes for ever to come up and Icannot use any thing else then if I try to shut it down it won't shut down so I have to force the shut down by turning off the computer. I tried to uninstall it but it says I need permission from trusted installer I just want to get rid of it and reinstall it

    What you can do is to download and install IE and it will install over the installation that is there now replacing and/or fixing IE files that may be causing the issue.

    Also depending on what version of IE you are using so that you can download the version now that you currently have.

    Are there any other problems recently?

    Any changes that either happened or that you perhaps made to your computer around the time that the problem started; particularly any Software or Hardware that you installed or setup.
