    Divorced Grooms Parents Seating
The grooms parents are divorced but both are remarried and semi friendly. Exactly what seats do they sit in and what order are they seated at the ceremony? (eg. Mom is seated last? Does she sit in the aisle seat or does the dad, stepdad? etc.)

I guess this all depends on how comfortable everyone is with each other.

I am divorced and remarried, my ex has not remarried but has been with the same gal for 16 years.

At my son's wedding my ex and I sat together. I sat in the aisle seat.

I don't know about etiquette... but in my case it was all about how comfortable we felt with each other after this length of time.

Not to mention that I am now friends with my ex's gal and my husband and my ex are friends as well.

YOu can either put his mother and her husband in the first pew on the brides side with dad and his wife in the second to front pew (ladies first would apply here appropriately) or they can share a pew, with Mom sitting in the aisle seat. In the processing, the grooms mother should come in either escorted by her husband or by an usher, as the last person before the bride's mother.

If they will, normally father and mother will sit together, mother on the isle ( unless father is giving bride away, in which case mother has already been escorted in, so father often sits on isle after he steps away from bride.

If they are not sitting together, normally in isle right behind one another
