    Cheerleading stretches for heel stretch, scorpion, and arabesque
    I need help getting a straight scorpion, an arabesque that isn't flat it's like higher up then my head. And I need help getting a better heel stretch. I stretch a lot, and I really need a stretch that will start showing improvement for all of these in like a week. Please help :)

    So for your scorpion and your atabesque go into your splits and pull your back leg up or have some one else do it or put your nack lrg up on a mat and try to get yiur splits down.fo your heel stretch have some one stand in frpnt of you and put your foot on their shoulder. For better results stand against a wall and stretch your heel stretch.
