    Calcium:can you combined coral calcium and calcium citrate in your diet?
    Is it OK to take both on the same day at different times: coral calcium and calcium citrate?

    I don't think that's it has any particular dangers, but if you take too much (more than a total of 2000 mg/day, that is, from your overall daily diet) then it's preferable not to take them on the same day.
