    Free advice for plumbing quetsions
    Just replaced water heater now temp at shower is 107 but sink in bath is at 137 checked shower anti scald valve is max out

    Is this heater gas or electric? The factory setting on most water heaters is 120 f. What's the thermostat setting? If two stats then check them settings on both top and bottom thermostats. Good luck, Tom
