    Why do you want to get fat and not just fit? Weight gain can come in many forms. Muscle weighs more then body fat. How tall are you?

    If you are 11 u really need to let your body do what it need to and not try to gain weight.if it don't happen when you are older then you need to see a dr. and does your mom and dad no who you fill you mite want to talk to then first.
