I need to find a replacement part for the butterfly freedom umbrella. The website is
Www.perfectpatio.com on the base. The part I need is one of the umbrella support rods.
We had bad winds yesterday and it snapped where the support bar meets it.

Hello, I have a very similar problem with my umbrella, I tried to go to the web site listed on the instructions, no go.. All I get is a list of retailers.. I do have a phone number,
I need parts, same as the other person a wind gust came up and bent and broke one or two of the support rods.. HELP.. please.thanks a bunch for any help,

My umbrella was also hit by strong winds and went down, I need an exploded view of it so I can order the parts needed to repair it. Where can I get an exploded view of this Butterfly, Freedom Umbrella? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
